Our focus is on youth, issues that concern the youth, capabilities that today’s generation need, opportunities that can be created for the youth to harness their full potential.
Our actions are aimed at mindset change among the youth, from a job seeker to being ‘Atmanirbhar’. We handhold the young and aspiring to leapfrog the chasm of capacity deficit and low confidence.
Our role is that of a disruptor to business as usual. Odisha has vast resources; our youth should have the capabilities to assert their (first) right of ‘responsible and sustainable’ use of the resources. It necessitates internalization of concepts of environment friendly technology /processes and circular economy.
We are guided by our principle of ‘leaving no one behind’. Hence our 3E development model (Engage, Enable & Equip) is designed to have maximum reach, scale and speed.
Our Heritage Skill Project is a transformative initiative dedicated to reviving and preserving Odisha’s more than 100 heritage skills. By researching, documenting, and promoting the heritage skills, the project empowers artisans to sustain their traditional craft making in the face of modern challenges. Through innovative solutions like direct-to-consumer online platforms and modern marketing strategies, we aims to create sustainable livelihoods, reduce outmigration, and ensure these age-old skills continue to thrive for generations to come.
Youth mobilization, mentorship, leadership training, exposure visits, financial and policy literacy, business communications, pitching opportunities- these are the critical ingredients in our 3E approach (Engage-Enable-Equip) to transformation pilots in social entrepreneurship.
